Ingredients for Veal in soy sauce
450 grams Veal
150 grams Almond
2 Units of green pepper
½ small glass of soy sauce
1 Jet Oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch black pepper

To prepare for the "Beef with soy sauce" we chose two steaks, then we will split, although you can also decantarte beef for stew. Besides green pepper, if you want you can add onion and garlic. Soy sauce is essential, as you could do without almonds, but give it the dish a flavor and a very interesting contrast of textures.
In a skillet with a little oil we started sautéing green pepper.

When the calf is already golden, add the almonds and soy sauce and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Please note that soy sauce itself is salty, so beware. If you want, you can add half a cup of water to dilute a little soy sauce. Let the whole cook for at least five minutes for the veal sauce is rich and tender.
