Ingredients for 4 servings :
1 chicken medium
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 red bell pepper (100 grams )
1 green bell pepper
1 onion
1 can of plum tomatoes
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
1/2 chicken bouillon cube
Salt and pepper.
Various spices : garlic powder , paprika , red pepper , cilantro , parsley , to taste.
Let's do it
Cut the chicken into pieces (8 or so pieces)
Season the chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pot. When the oil is hot, add the butter.
Then add the chicken pieces, skin side, bring to medium heat until the chicken begins to take a golden color.
Cut the onion and peppers into strips.
Remove the chicken from the pot. Book on a plate.
In the same pot to cook the chicken, add the onion and morons. We let it cook a few minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into four and add to the preparation. Leave them to cook about 5 to 10 minutes
Add half a glass of white wine and let reduce by half.
Then add chicken broth medium dissolved in half a glass of hot water. At this point add the pre-cooked chicken we had booked.
Cover the pot and let the chicken simmer for 25 minutes. Rectify the salt, and the chosen species are also incorporated.
Finally, remove the chicken from the pot to accommodate the Portuguese on a serving platter.
Let reduce the sauce a couple of minutes for the flavors to intensify.
