Beef stew recipe with prawns

150 grams Veal
  150 grams of Champiñón
  1 piece Carrot
  100 grams of Prawns
  ½ cup white wine
  1 Jet Extra virgin olive oil
  1 bay leaf
  1 pinch of salt
  1 pinch of Cilantro
  1 cup water




Steps to prepare veal stew with prawns

These are the ingredients in this stew of beef with prawns. The prawns peeled and pre-cooked choose, while the meat is beef stew. We will also use mushrooms, we already have rolled.


The first step to prepare this stew is make a sauce with carrot and mushrooms. Wash and chop the vegetables and fry in a pan with a little extra virgin olive oil.


When the vegetables are ready, after a few minutes, add the meat, white wine and water. We'll leave it over low heat for about 10 minutes.


Now we add the prawns and spices, bay leaf, coriander and salt. Five more minutes and veal stew with prawns and be ready. If you want more soupy, we can add some more water or beef broth.
